It may actually be okay...

So incase you don't know...we are moving...south.

We sold our house here in Ohio in 6 days. 2 days later we were placing an offer on a house in South Carolina.

Inspections have been done...repairs are being made...THE House might actually work out.

Things were moving so quickly I was starting to get nervous. I am super excited to get down to the World of pilots. While we won't have family there, we will have friend's of B's. Co-workers, who have wives, who would then be wives of pilots. Who might actually understand this crazy life we are leading.

I'm off to dinner with family now, but just had to share!!!

How did I get here...

I have really been feeling lately that I have things I need to share with the World.  So here I am, writing a blog. Maybe just for me. I might be the only one who ever visits this page, and that is okay. This isn't about anything other then needing to get my thoughts out of my head.

So many thoughts, no road map, not sure where to start.

I am a 29 year old wife to a pilot. This means for more than half my life, I'm a single mom, only I"m married, but my co-parent is out of town. Away from the house for more than just 9-5. The new wages at B's job have allowed for me to stay home with our children. Which is great, because daycare was a nightmare!

I like to jump all over. There will be no method to the maddness that is this blog.

Things going on in my life.
1. Packing
2. Moving
3. Guests coming to town
4. Hockey tournaments
5. Life!

We are currently in the process of moving from one state to another. We are headed south. Hopefully it is warmer there when I get there. I grew up in the great white north, and now I live in the heart of the USA. I moved for Love. I graduated, moved, got a job, got married, and now we are moving South. I'm so tired of the cold. It's been 29 years of cold. I'm over it. We didn't have school here last week, due to the extreme cold temps, which are no where near what I grew up with, but either way. I'm tired of having to wear boots and coat. I want my flip flops back.

This means we are packing, we are dealing with inspections, and movers, and chaos. Chaos is great. Expect with you have a child with ADHD. The more chaotic things get the more crabby he becomes. So Tomorrow's goal is to get things back on track. Organized, like before the sale was done.

As it is 11:45 pm, I'm going to head to bed.
